Wild & Mountain

Mountain tea has been drunk for generations across the Albanian highlands — a herb that is simmered long and taken slowly. It goes into the jar whole: stems, silvered leaves and dried flowering tops together, unbroken. Sixty grams fill the same jar as three hundred grams of berries; that is the nature of the plant, not of the measure.
